Auto scroll

Auto scroll moves the chart for you so your hands can stay on the instrument. It works in Scrolling (vertical) display mode. If the display mode is Paging or One-page mode, the button says Requires scrolling mode.

Tap Auto Scroll on the app bar, or Scroll among the floating buttons.

  1. The button becomes Scrolling Delay and turns yellow while it counts down.
  2. Tap again to start immediately. The button becomes Scrolling and turns green.
  3. Tap again to stop.

At the end of a page the button becomes End of Page (or Paging Delay if auto-paging is enabled). Auto scroll restarts when you move to the next song in the set list.

The pace of scrolling uses the song’s Duration. When a song has no duration, SongFire uses the Default Duration from Settings. Autoscroll Delay is the wait before scrolling starts. Autopage Delay is the wait at the end of a page, when autopaging is enabled. Autopage between songs continues into the next song of the set.

On the set list settings, if Autoplay media is set to With Autoscroll, a pad or backing track starts when you switch songs with auto scroll enabled.
